These Townhomes and Live/Work Units are a one-of-a-kind project in Boise . Located in the uniquely planned mixed use community anchored by the 36 th St. Garden Center, one can walk outside their home and feel like they are in a European town with beautiful flowers and landscaping all around.
We created several different interior design schemes in a contemporary style for these units, while maintaining an aggressive budget as well as green design considerations. Skylights and Solatubes are nice additions to the beautiful finishes and design throughout.
